We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We suggest you select Express parcel post where possible to guarantee a timely arrival of your products. Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
Please also note that Note Couture cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. We will support customers to have their parcel investigated through Australia Post, but we will not issue a refund on lost or stolen goods.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us if your personalised stationery is not as you ordered eg. incorrect spelling.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks. This time period includes the time for us to receive your request, the time it takes us to process your refund (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
